All sales at Cardiff Canine Club are final. We do not offer refunds or returns on any of our products.

We take great care to ensure every item is accurately described and photographed before it reaches you. If your order arrives damaged or there is an error on our part, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll do our best to make it right.

For sizing queries on collars and leashes, please check our size guide before purchasing — we want every pup to get the perfect fit first time.
